Powering the Next Generation of Solar

Inside the MaxFusion Ecosystem

We’ve built the internal competencies and partner network required to support solar assets through their entire lifecycle.
Ecosystem Advantage

The Solar Industry Is Fragmented. We are Built to Solve That

Most solar projects require multiple vendors throughout the installation’s lifecycle. Each handoff introduces friction, cost, and risk, and when something goes wrong, accountability is diffused and expensive to resolve.
MaxFusion Group operates differently. By combining in-house capabilities with a structured partner network — all operating within a single commercial framework — we eliminate the coordination overhead and give asset owners a single point of accountability across every phase of a solar asset's life.

Single Framework

One commercial relationship for the entire lifecycle

Defined Accountability

Clear ownership at every handoff, leaving no gaps

Complementary Offerings

We strengthen manufacturers and EPCs without displacing them

Circular by Design

Recovery feeds back into supply, reducing cost and waste

How is accountability managed when multiple ecosystem entities are involved in a single project?

For projects led by MaxFusion, we serve as the single point of commercial accountability — the client maintains one relationship, one agreement, and one escalation point regardless of how many ecosystem entities are involved in delivery. Within that structure, each phase has a defined lead: Hanson Energy manages module supply and engineering, Refusion Recycling coordinates end-of-life compliance, EPC partners lead field execution, and MaxFusion Group oversees integration and ensures that handoffs between phases are structured and documented. No stage is left without a named owner, which is precisely what eliminates the coordination overhead and diffused accountability that make multi-vendor solar lifecycle management difficult to govern.

As an EPC, how does working with MaxFusion complement my business?

EPC partners gain access to a qualified pipeline of repowering projects originated through our commercial infrastructure, structured module supply programs through Hanson Energy, and compliant end-of-life workflows through Refusion Recycling, allowing you to offer clients a complete lifecycle proposition without building those capabilities in-house. We do not compete for contracts, sites, or installation work — we expand what you can bring to the table.

Is there any exclusivity involved in ecosystem partnerships?

No. Ecosystem partnerships with MaxFusion do not require exclusivity — partners retain full freedom to operate with their existing clients, suppliers, and industry relationships without restriction. Our model is built on the premise that a broad, high-quality network creates more value for asset owners than a closed one, so we have no interest in constraining what partners do elsewhere. That said, partners who are actively engaged and aligned on specific markets or service categories will naturally receive preferential positioning within MaxFusion's project pipeline over time — not as a contractual requirement, but as a reflection of how strong collaborative relationships develop in practice.

How do I become an ecosystem partner?

The process starts with a conversation — we work with EPCs, manufacturers, O&M providers, and operators across the solar lifecycle, and the first step is a brief alignment assessment to identify where your capabilities fit within the ecosystem and what a structured commercial relationship would look like in practice. Where there is a clear fit, we establish a formal partnership framework covering scope, referral structure, and collaboration protocols before activating the relationship within live projects. There is no lengthy application process or upfront commitment required to get started.
