Do you do solar installations?

No. Construction and field execution remain exclusively in the hands of our very capable network of EPCs and operators. We focus on integration, supply alignment, and lifecycle strategy, and work alongside leaders in these areas to deliver full service quickly across global markets

Do you manufacture panels directly?

We operate through exclusive manufacturing partnerships with select OEM producers rather than owning fabrication facilities directly. We define engineering specifications, oversee production alignment, and structure supply programs to meet project requirements. Separately, we design and operate our own proprietary recycling equipment and manage panel refurbishing and material processing facilities.

How do you ensure end-of-life compliance?

We structure our end-of-life solutions through our subsidiary – Refusion Recycling – which develops recycling technology and offers decommissioning, refurbishment, and recycling solutions. Refusion does not pass the recycling work to any third-party downstream recyclers to ensure no modules end up in landfills. It also implements strict material tracking protocols and issues sustainable recycling certificates.
