We're proud to share that MaxFusion Group, together with our subsidiary Refusion Recycling, has joined the Solar Energy Industries Association's (SEIA) National PV Circularity Program as a recognized PV Recycling Partner.

For us, this is more than a listing. It places us within a select national network of providers building the infrastructure the industry will need as the first large waves of solar assets reach end of life — and it reflects the standard we hold ourselves to as that moment arrives.

With two strategically located Refusion facilities, we can now support solar end-of-life needs across the United States. Our Chandler, Arizona site serves as a processing hub, equipped with our mobile recycling solution, while our Vineland, New Jersey location operates as a collection point, extending our service into the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

The expansion comes as end-of-life regulation accelerates across the country. In January 2026, New Jersey became the first state to enact a mandatory solar panel recycling law covering commercial and residential installations. Days ago, on July 20, 2026, Pennsylvania signed Act 44 into law, establishing statewide decommissioning and financial-assurance requirements that make developers responsible for removing ground-mounted solar at the end of its life. Together, these measures point in one direction: end-of-life is becoming a defined obligation rather than an afterthought, and asset owners increasingly need capable partners to meet it.
