This Sub-Processor and Infrastructure Disclosure describes the categories of third-party service providers that may process information on behalf of MaxFusion Group Inc. and its affiliated entities.
This document forms part of the MaxFusion Group privacy and data governance framework and should be read together with the MaxFusion Group Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use governing the relevant websites and services, and any applicable contractual agreements governing the use of digital services or platforms operated by the Group Companies.
This disclosure applies to MaxFusion Group Inc., Hanson Energy Inc., ReFusion Recycling Inc., and Inquill Agency LLC, together with any affiliated entities or subsidiaries that may from time to time operate under the MaxFusion Group ecosystem (collectively referred to as the “Group Companies,” “MaxFusion Group,” or “Group”).
The purpose of this document is to provide transparency regarding the categories of infrastructure providers, operational vendors, and digital platforms that may process information in connection with the Group Companies’ services, websites, internal operations, and digital systems.
The vendors described in this document may process information only to the extent necessary to provide the services for which they are engaged and are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations and applicable data protection requirements.
For purposes of this disclosure, a Sub-Processor means any third-party organization that processes personal information or operational data on behalf of a Group Company acting as the relevant Data Controller.
Sub-Processors may include providers of digital infrastructure, hosting services, analytics platforms, communication systems, marketing tools, payment processing systems, automation platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and other software services used in connection with the Group Companies’ business operations.
Where such providers process information, they do so only for the purpose of delivering the services required by the Group Companies and are not permitted to use such information for unrelated purposes.
The Group Companies operate websites, digital platforms, and internal systems using infrastructure provided by cloud hosting providers and distributed computing platforms. These providers may process technical system information, stored data, application logs, and network metadata necessary for the operation, performance, and security of the Group’s digital services.
Such infrastructure providers host website content, application services, databases, storage environments, and content delivery networks used to distribute digital services globally.

The Group Companies rely on domain management services, development infrastructure platforms, and network security systems to operate their digital services and protect their systems from unauthorized access or malicious activity.
These systems may process network logs, system security telemetry, source code repositories, and development collaboration data necessary to maintain secure and reliable digital infrastructure.

The Group Companies maintain customer relationship management systems to manage communications with clients, partners, suppliers, and prospective business relationships. These platforms allow the Group Companies to coordinate project discussions, track operational interactions, and manage business development activities.

Digital forms and electronic signature platforms may be used to collect information submitted through websites, schedule appointments, coordinate project discussions, or execute contractual agreements.
